By accessing or using TOEFLPrepTest ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Educational Purpose Only

TOEFLPrepTest is an independent, unofficial educational tool designed solely to help students prepare for the TOEFL iBT exam. The Service provides practice tests, timed simulations, and auto-scoring for study purposes.

Use of this Service does not guarantee any particular result on the official TOEFL exam. Practice scores obtained here are for self-assessment only and are not indicative of official TOEFL scores.

3. No Affiliation with ETS or TOEFL

TOEFLPrepTest is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Educational Testing Service (ETS) or any official TOEFL testing authority in any way.

"TOEFL" and "TOEFL iBT" are registered trademarks of ETS. All references to TOEFL on this website are purely for descriptive and educational purposes.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The practice tests accurately reflect the current official TOEFL iBT exam format, difficulty, or content.
• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
• The auto-scoring results are equivalent to official TOEFL scoring criteria.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TOEFLPrepTest and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including test questions, audio materials, design, and code — is provided for personal, non-commercial study use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without prior written permission.

7. Subscriptions and Refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed on a weekly or monthly recurring basis via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@oetpreptest.com.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will note the date of the last update at the top of this page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides.
