There are 2 writing tasks:

Integrated Writing
Read a passage (3 min) → Read lecture notes → Write your response (20 min, 150–225 words)

Writing for an Academic Discussion
Read a professor's question and two classmates' responses → Write your contribution (10 min, min. 100 words)
